Hobbies and Passions
I can still do the splits, a backbend, the Roger rabbit, and I can kill it at Zumba! I exercise everyday either: Zumba, jogging, hiking, cycling, pilates or yoga! I frequently do red light therapy, cryotherapy, my hot pot sauna tent!
