Last year of 2024 I weighed 185 lbs when looking at my last Christmas photo I decided to make a change, Richard Simmons as been a major impact of my health and with that I lost 70lbs and now am 126lbs and want to help others regain their health back.

Hobbies and Passions

Becoming a fitness instructor helping the Autistic, ASD, disabled and helping those who want to regain their health back.
